Everything in one place

The whole back office, without the busywork

Six tools that usually live in six different tabs, built to share the same numbers so nothing has to be reconciled by hand.

A dashboard that answers the real question

Revenue, expenses, profit and margin for any year, with monthly trends and a category breakdown. Open it and know where you stand in five seconds.

Income and expenses without the spreadsheet

Log what came in and what went out, tagged to IRS Schedule C categories so your accountant gets a clean file instead of a shoebox.

Invoices that get paid

Build an invoice, generate a branded PDF, and email it to the client from inside the app. Paid, sent and overdue are tracked for you.

Never be surprised by a tax bill

Federal, state and self-employment estimates update as you work, with a quarterly payment schedule and a recommended amount to set aside.

Business and personal, side by side

Budgets for both halves of your finances, so the money moving through the business and the money reaching your household stay legible.

Clients and teams in one place

A client directory with tiers and status, plus role-based access and email invitations when you bring someone in to help.

How it works

Set up in an afternoon, useful the same day

  1. 01

    Set up your business

Add your business name, tax rates and payment details once. It flows through every invoice and every estimate from then on.

  2. 02

    Log the money

Record income and expenses as they happen, or import what you already have. Categories are pre-built around Schedule C.

  3. 03

Invoice, file, and know your numbers

Send invoices, watch the dashboard update, and pull the tax figure you need before every quarterly deadline.

Built to be trusted with money

Your books, and nobody else's business

Financial data deserves more than a login form. Every query in the app is scoped to your organization, so one workspace can never read another's rows, and payments are handled end to end by Stripe.

  • Isolated by organization

Row-level security in the database plus organization scoping on every API route.

  • Stripe handles the card

Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers or our database.

  • Hardened sessions

Signed sessions that expire after seven days, with login rate-limited by both email address and IP.

I stopped keeping three spreadsheets and a folder of PDFs. Everything my accountant asks for in April is already in one export.

The quarterly estimate is the part I actually pay for. I have never been caught short on a payment since we switched.

Invoicing used to be an hour every Friday. It is about four minutes now, and the PDFs look like a real company sent them.

FAQ

Questions people ask before subscribing

Do I need a credit card to start the 7-day trial?

You enter card details when you pick a plan, but nothing is charged until the 7-day trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing at all.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from the Billing page. Stripe prorates the difference automatically, so you only pay for what you use.

How do I cancel?

One click in Billing opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel immediately. Your data stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can export all of it as JSON before you go.

Is my financial data safe?

Every record is scoped to your organization at the database level, sessions are signed and expire after seven days, and login is rate-limited by both email and IP. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Can I bring my accountant or a teammate in?

On Professional and Agency you can invite people by email and give them an admin or member role. They get their own login, scoped to your organization only.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You own it. Export a complete JSON archive of income, expenses, clients, invoices and settings from the Settings page at any time, before or after cancelling.

Stop guessing at your own numbers

Start free for 7days. Bring last month's income and expenses, and see your real margin before the trial is over.
